My Village My Craft was founded in 2016 by Irfan Shafi, the organization’s current CEO.

What began as a one-man operation on a house rooftop in Pakistan has grown into a thriving network of workshops and artisans. Starting with handmade products crafted from locally sourced Pakistani materials, Irfan sold directly to customers through Instagram and later expanded to Daraz, Pakistan’s leading e-commerce platform.

Through sheer hard work, vision, and dedication, he transformed a solo venture into multiple workshops employing dozens of skilled craftsmen. Today, My Village My Craft supports over 20 online sellers, enabling them to earn a sustainable income right at their doorsteps across Pakistan.

With growing demand for authentic, handmade Pakistani crafts, the organization is now positioned for significant growth—preserving traditional craftsmanship while creating modern livelihoods at home.
